Important Notes:

• Holidays starting from 01 January 2025 will be observed as per the declaration by General Administration (Group-6) Department, Gov. of Rajasthan.
• Muslim holidays are subject to the sighting of the moon.
• Local holidays declared by the District Collector will not be applicable to the University.
• Every Sunday is a holiday.
• The second Saturday of every month will be a holiday.
• As per the directions of the Hon'ble Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor may declare up to three holidays in a year.
• There will be no summer or winter vacations for academic and non-academic staff of the university.
• The day following the Convocation ceremony organized in the academic session 2025-26 will be observed as a holiday in the University.
