Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry

Dr. Sachin Sharma holds a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture (2016) from Maharana Pratap University of Agriculture and Technology, Udaipur (ICAR), a M.Sc. (Agriculture) in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry (2018), and a Ph.D. in Soil Science and Agricultural Chemistry (2023) from the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi. He is a recipient of the UGC Non-NET Fellowship (2018–2021).
Dr. Sharma has to his credit 16 research papers, one edited book, 12 book chapters, 13 popular articles, and 6 abstracts. His research focuses on soil chemistry, micronutrient dynamics, and soil fertility management. He has professional experience with the Soil and Land Use Survey of India, Hyderabad, and has successfully completed advanced training in soil survey and classification at ICAR–NBSS & LUP, Nagpur. He serves as an external examiner for several Indian State Agricultural Universities and as a reviewer for SCI and NAAS-rated journals, including Discover Soil (Springer), Field Crops Research (Elsevier), and Frontiers in Agronomy.
