Nutrient, Water and Weed Management in Cropping Systems and Conservation Agriculture

Dr. B. L. Dudwal, born on 1st August 1985 at village Dyodi, Jaipur, Rajasthan and obtained his B.Sc. (Ag. Hons.) in 2007 from SKRAU, Bikaner, M.Sc. (Agronomy) in 2009 from CSAUAT, Kanpur and Ph.D. (Agronomy) in 2015 from ICAR-IARI, New Delhi. He is serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Agronomy at the S.K.N. College of Agriculture, Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University (SKNAU) in Jobner, Rajasthan since 2013 and contributing actively to teaching, research, and extension. Dr. Dudwal has made outstanding research contributions in the field of conservation agriculture, nutrient and water management and contributed in the development of impactful micro-irrigation technologies recommended for state-wide adoption. He has published 41 research papers, 4 books, 5 manuals, 10 book chapters, over 32 technical articles, and contributed more than 20 extended summaries in professional forums. His work has been recognized with several awards, including ICAR Junior and Senior Research Fellowships, Young Scientist Award (2021), Best Teacher Award (2018), and Appreciation Award (2023). Dr. Dudwal has guided 15 PG students as major advisor and actively contributed to organizing numerous conferences, trainings, and symposia. His work has significantly advanced sustainable agricultural practices in dryland regions.
