Agricultural Economics

Dr Subhita Kumawat is an Assistant Professor of Agricultural Economics in the Department of Agricultural Economics, Sri Karan Narendra College of Agriculture, Jobner, Sri Karan Narendra Agriculture University, Jobner, (Jaipur), Rajasthan, India. She completed her Graduation, Master’s Degree and Ph.D. from Swami Keshwanand Rajasthan Agriculture University, Bikaner achieving first-class academic distinction throughout her studies. She has also experience working on the project “Integrated Farming System” at Central Arid Zone Research Institute, Jodhpur as a Senior Research Fellow. She has published 27 Research Papers, 09 Book chapters, 35 Popular Articles in various journals and magazines. She has eight years’ experience of teaching UG and PG level courses and has guided 02 Master’s scholars. Her research interests include Agricultural Marketing, Agricultural Production, and Farm Management, with a focus on the analytics of social welfare policies and modern econometric models using primary and secondary data.
